Shipping and Handling

Welcome to Georgie's Fashion our shipping is with Australia Post, and we only ship within Australia we use Australia Post standard tracked parcel post bags, or postage through other Australian Couriers.

Some orders ship from our LA warehouse, and printed Bags and shoes from our China warehouse may sometimes be shipped directly to you.

Our products are shipped within 1-2 weeks, sometimes it may be a little longer depending on how painful Australia Post can be, which is out of our hands.

Some orders may be shipped from our warehouses in Australia and in LA our POD from China. 

All other lines will be posted within the time frame specified, please be patient as this on line store is a one man band, ( just little ole me) you will be notified with a tracking number, when your order has been fulfilled and sent, via email.

We don't refund for change of mind, however if you have a problem with your order please email me, within 24 hrs, if you cancel your order, or have a change of mind there is a 15% restocking fee, so please choose carefully when you continue with your purchase, if your purchase is a big bulky order, the shipping return will  be the purchases responsibility.

Lost Packages

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbours, family members or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
  • Reach out to your local post office and lodge a lost item report.
  • Contact me @ info_georgiesfashion@yahoo.com and include your order number and lost item report reference number.

We kindly request that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date after enquiring with your family, neighbours and post office. 

Once a shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the package. 

Please note; Georgie's Fashion are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

If you are purchasing more than one item, please take note that your purchase may be shipped separately from different warehouses and may arrive separately.
